Vacation Bible School, June, 2005 The theme for Vacation Bible School in 2005 was "The Circle G Ranch: where God is at the center and the love never ends." Bell Party at the Johnson's Lakehouse, May, 2005 The Carillon Ringers gathered for a time of fellowship at the Johnson's lakehouse on Lake Sinclair. Staff Skit, 2005 The staff skit was a fundraiser for the youth music mission. Youth Luau, 2005 The youth celebrated the end-of-the-year with a luau in May, 2005. Prayer Partner Luncheon May, 2005 The final lunch of the prayer partner program for the 2004-2005 academic year was held in May, 2005. Children's Music End-of-the-Year Picnic, 2005 In May, 2005, the music ministry offered a picnic for the children's choirs in celebration of completing another year. Y'ALL Swing Dance April, 2005 On April 23, the Y'ALL class sponsored a swing dance including a refreshment table contest and free swing lessons. UMM Barbeque March, 2005 On March 12, 2005, the United Methodist Men sponsored their annual barbeque fundraiser. Along with the barbecue, the United Methodist Women offered a bake sale, and the youth washed cars. Who knew raising money for good causes could be so much fun?! 2004 Youth Retreat Fall 2004 On the weekend of November 12-14, 2004 the youth had their fall retreat in Covington, GA. They learned about friendships, dating, and most importantly, what Jen looks like after falling into a mud puddle! Blessing of the Animals 2004 We gathered on October 3, 2004 to celebrate God's creation through prayer and the reading of scripture. Then, each pet was blessed individually by one of the pastors. Music Picnic 2004 The music department sponsored a picnic on September 18, 2004. The weather was perfect, the fellowship was without equal, and the dessert was delectable. Back to School, Back to Church 2004 The Back to School/Back to Church Festival was held on August 14th, 2004. It included a free meal, cakewalk, moonwalk, carnival games (skeeball, sports ball throws, penny toss, spill the milk), a cardboard box maze, and more!
