It's August 1st and I am already WAY behind schedule this month. Only Mark's reminder in church this morning jostled my memory to post the newsletter on the website today. Ordinarily, I try to stay ahead of deadlines and such. However, July brought a fun-filled week of VBSers to our church and if you've ever volunteered for VBS, you KNOW how worn out you are at the end of that week! And that's seemingly where I got behind...

Nevertheless, here is the August newsletter with a full report (and photos, too)on VBS happenings and what's coming up, including a church-wide covered dish luncheon on August 15 (to celebrate Back to School, Back to Church).
