Throughout our lives we search for our place in our community—for roots, place and belonging. It is no different in the church setting. We yearn to be part of a caring and sharing people and to be able to build significant, healthy relationships with them. Whether you choose an ongoing commitment or a short-term program, you will find blessings in traveling your faith journey with others. Not only will your church family relationships grow, but finding a place to belong in a smaller group allows each us to feel more connected to our community of faith. No matter the length of your involvement with EHUMC, once you find a place that feeds your soul, you will soon realize that you are feeding others as well in the different ways you will share your prayers, presence, gifts, service and witness.
