Can you believe we're already talking about March 2009???? I am having a hard time believing it myself, except that I've just had the privilege to compile all of your contributions for the March newsletter and I'm really excited about all that we're doing at Embry Hills UMC. Of course, March generally means we're celebrating LENT, the period of preparation before Christs' resurrection. Within the newsletter pages, you'll read how we're preparing for Easter, how you can participate in LENT, what our Youth are doing, the wonderful work our adult ministries are doing and much more. As you go through this, be mindful of what you can do to make LENT 2009 a very special, meaningful time of reflection for you and your loved ones. On a daily basis, I reflect how very thankful I am that EHUMC is my church home.
