Exercise should be a regular activity on your checklist of life! It helps reduce stress, reduces depression and can improve self-esteem. Line Dancing is a form of exercise. It is healthy for the body and mind, and allows you to exercise both at the same time. You don’t need a partner and it is FUN!!

There are shortcuts to HAPPINESS. DANCING is one of them.

Why not try it! Stop by one of the 5, 6, 7, 8 Beginner Line Dance Classes and check out the FUN that is going on!! These classes are offered on Mondays and Tuesdays.

You say you have two left feet and two right feet?? Don’t worry!! There are line dances choreographed just for that (left, left, right, right). If you can count to 8, and know how to have FUN, you can learn the basic steps of line dancing!! You will definitely have FUN and LAUGH a lot !!
